• Cimicifuga racemosa 3X: Acts on the muscular and nervous system, relieving aching, crampy, or shifting pains in the spine and back. Helpful in stiffness of the neck and lumbar region with sensitiveness and tenderness, often linked with nervous or emotional strain.
